At justgoodspecs.com we have tried to make the process of buying your spectacles online as easy as possible.
During each stage you will be guided through all the steps necessary to complete that stage and then move on to the next.
Step 1
Your first step is to choose your frames from our excellent range. You can browse our frames by material type, by gender, by face shape or by Designer brand. Don't forget the price of our prescription frames includes standard lenses (plastic or polycarbonate, depending on your chosen frame style) and a stylish case and cleaning cloth.
Once you have decided on your frame, it's time to move on to step 2. If you are simply purchasing a pair of Designer Sunglasses, you will be taken to the summary page before checking out.
Step 2
Enter your prescription details which you will have received from your optician. If you do not have your prescription you can also purchase your frames without prescription lenses should you desire by clicking the 'Purchase frames only' button.
You must fill in your prescription details accurately to ensure we provide the best possible spectacles for you. Remember if you get stuck you can use the handy 'Help' tips to provide you with further information.
Step 3
As we at justgoodspecs.com pride ourselves on providing the highest level of optical care for our customers, we will only recommend the best lenses based on your individual prescription and choice of frames. In some instances we may recommend that you do not buy online and instead seek advice from your local optician.
Choose from one of the lens options available.
Depending on your selection of lens you may be offered a choice of tints and/or coatings.
You do not have to add either of these but they may enhance the look, performance and durability of your spectacles.
Step 4
Choose from our selection of accessories to compliment your new spectacles.
Step 5
Enter the address that you would like your spectacles delivered to. This could be a workplace or your home address.
Step 6
You can choose to use your delivery address as your registered billing address. Remember this must be the address that your credit/debit card is registered to.
If your delivery address is not the same as your billing address you can click on the 'Create a new address' button to enter your billing address.
Next, you must enter your card details. Please enter as much information as you can, including a start date and issue number (if available).
Step 7
The confirmation page is your final opportunity to check that all of your details are correct before your order is submitted.
If you do need to change any of the information simply click on the 'Edit' button for the relevant section.
Once you are happy with your order details you must agree to our Terms and Conditions and then press the 'Submit' button.
If you would like you can also opt to receive news and offers from justgoodspecs.com. We will not share your details with any other companies without your prior approval.
Having pressed the 'Submit' button the order is sent via our secure server for approval with our merchant bank. If your details are successfully approved you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number. You will also then be progressed to Step 8 - Thank You.
If for any reason your details are rejected by our merchant bank you will be taken back to Step 6 to re-enter your billing details.
Step 8
Congratulations, your order has been successful. We will email you to let you know when your order has been processed and again when your order has been dispatched.
